jparkerweb	48a7cf68bd	Pin LF line endings and renormalize the working tree ... scripts/validate-char-count.js measures characters on disk, so a CRLF checkout added ~1 char per line and pushed the 11k-budget prompt files over the limit depending on how the repo was cloned. jparkerweb	5274bdbd51	Add password-protected sync-repo skill with encrypted body ... Adds a project-local /sync-repo skill whose real instructions are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM + scrypt) in sync-repo.enc and only revealed in-session after the user supplies the correct passphrase.
